Refund and Return Policy

At Jincos Printing and Copying Services, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if the item received is:

• Defective or damaged upon delivery;
• Incorrect due to an error on our part; or
• Significantly different from the approved order specifications.

All concerns must be reported within 3 business days from the date of receipt, together with clear photos and proof of the issue for verification purposes.

Once the returned item has been inspected and verified, Jincos Printing and Copying Services may:

• Repair the item;
• Replace the item with the same or a comparable product; or
• Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that an exact replacement may not always be available due to material availability or production limitations.

Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• The customer approved the final design, sample, layout, or mockup prior to printing or production;
• Errors in spelling, grammar, colors, dimensions, or design elements were present in the customer-approved file;
• The customer changes their mind after production has started or after the order has been completed;
• Minor color variations caused by screen-to-print differences, material textures, or printing processes.

By approving the sample/mockup, the customer acknowledges that the design and specifications are final and authorized for production.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 12–15 business days after verification and approval of the return request. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their order before production or printing has started. Once an order has entered the production stage, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Customized and made-to-order printed materials are generally non-cancellable once processing begins.

Order Cancellation by Jincos Printing and Copying Services

Jincos Printing and Copying Services reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to:

• Typographical, pricing, or technical errors;
• Inaccurate product descriptions;
• Unavailable materials or production limitations;
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; or
• Failure to comply with payment verification or security checks.

Paid Orders

If an order is cancelled by Jincos Printing and Copying Services after payment has been received, the customer will be entitled to a full refund.

Pending Payment Orders

Orders with pending payment may be automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within 7 business days from the order date or if the order fails our verification and security authentication process.

Jincos Printing and Copying Services reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
